The OTS Core has moved all service requests to the iLab system being used by most Johns Hopkins core facilities. Please make your requests for all IHC staining, slide scanning and histology services through our web portal.
Slide Scanning is moving

By the end of June, the digital slide scanning office, run by Kristen Lecksell, will have moved from space in Weinberg over to the Neuropathology office space in the Sheikh Zayed Tower room M2101 on the Main Loop. Please visit us there.

We're getting a new name.

The TMA Core Facility is getting a new name! As of January 1, we will be known as Oncology Tissue Services. This new name reflects on the fact that we now offer histological slide services, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization and slide scanning in addition to TMA services. Please be aware of this new name which will be rolling out in the new year.
Image Analysis Tools and Tutorials Available

The TMA Core Facility is pleased to offer freely available image analysis software for slides digitized in the TMA core facility. The TMA core has a number of analysis macros available through the Aperio Tool Kit and Frida available through TMAJ.
New Biorepository Opens
